KasoLead AB ("KasoLead", "we", "us") provides B2B lead generation services and the KasoLead platform. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how you can exercise your rights.

Data we collect

  • Account and contact data: name, email, phone number, company name, and role, provided when you become a client or fill in our onboarding forms.
  • Business information: details about your offer, target market, and advertising goals, provided through onboarding.
  • Meta (Facebook) data: if you connect your Meta account to our platform, we access — with your explicit authorization via Facebook Login for Business — your ad account information, Business Manager and Facebook Page identifiers, advertising performance data, and billing status (whether a payment method exists; we never see card numbers). We use this solely to set up, run, and report on advertising campaigns you have engaged us to manage.
  • Lead data: contact information submitted by people responding to campaigns we run on your behalf.

How we use data

  • To deliver the services you have contracted us for.
  • To create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on your behalf.
  • To report campaign performance to you.
  • To communicate with you about the service.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use Meta data for any purpose other than providing the service described above.

Legal basis

We process data on the basis of contract performance (delivering our services), legitimate interest (service communication), and consent (Meta account connection, which you can revoke at any time).

Storage and security

Data is stored with our hosting providers within secure, access-controlled infrastructure (Supabase and Vercel). Access tokens are stored encrypted and are accessible only to authorized systems. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.

Sharing

We share data only with processors necessary to deliver the service (hosting, communication, and advertising platforms such as Meta) under data processing agreements. We never share your data with third parties for their own marketing.

Data deletion

You can have your data deleted at any time:

  1. Meta connection:revoke KasoLead's access in your Facebook settings under Settings & Privacy → Business Integrations, or email us and we will delete stored tokens and Meta data within 30 days.
  2. All other data: email karim@kasolead.comwith the subject "Data deletion request". We will confirm and complete deletion within 30 days, except where retention is legally required (e.g. accounting records).

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, delete, and port your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). Contact us at karim@kasolead.com to exercise any right.
