Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the KasoLead platform and services provided by KasoLead AB, Kyrkogårdsgatan 20, 752 24 Uppsala, Sweden ("KasoLead", "we").
The service
KasoLead provides B2B lead generation services, including strategy, creative production, and management of advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta, as agreed in each client's service agreement. The KasoLead platform is the interface through which clients onboard, connect their advertising accounts, and follow campaign progress.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information during onboarding.
- Maintain a valid Meta Business Manager, ad account, and payment method. Ad spend is billed directly by Meta to the client's own payment method.
- Ensure that products, services, and marketing claims comply with applicable law and Meta's advertising policies.
Authorization
By connecting a Meta account to the platform, the client authorizes KasoLead to access and manage the connected ad account, pages, and related assets for the purpose of delivering the contracted services. This authorization can be revoked at any time via Facebook settings or by written notice.
Fees
Service fees are set out in each client's service agreement. Advertising spend is separate and paid by the client directly to Meta.
Intellectual property
Creative assets produced by KasoLead for a client's campaigns may be used by the client for the duration of the engagement. The platform, its software, and methodology remain KasoLead's property.
Liability
Campaign results depend on factors partly outside our control and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in the service agreement. KasoLead's total liability is limited to the fees paid by the client during the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages.
Termination
Termination terms follow the client's service agreement. Upon termination we disconnect access to the client's Meta assets and delete stored access tokens.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law.
